180? also 90. durch 2 ;) wäre vielleicht ganz sinnvoll mit dem elektro bzw housebeat soweit runterzugehen bis du so auf 110-120 bpm's bist und dann weiter mit blackmukke und dann allmelig runter bis auf 90 oder wie du möchtest. kannst ja auch cuten aber das klingt in den meisten fällen und wenn man nicht viel ahnung hat auch ziemlich blöd. ich zb mach das so. …
