So, for example: buy this bird feeder (picture of bird feeder), get this nectar free (picture of nectar).

Feb 2, 2023 · That's your fault for not reading our BOGO signs carefully. Had a lot of customers complaining about the item they bought are on BOGO, but whenever I check, it's always the smaller text below the big bolded text that specify what the type of the of brand that's on sale. I'll tell them about it, they get pissed off more and leave.

Feb 3, 2021 · That's sounds unethical. If u get an observant customer and they spread the word then they get free product with Publix Promise. Also, I make stuff bogo when I'm trying to get rid of something but I change the price and make the sign reflect that price without manager approval of course. Is that what they're trying to do?

Apr 23, 2024 · Not the first time I've encountered misleading BOGO signage at Publix. This is actually pretty good stuff, 2 mins in the microwave if you want a BLT. But seriously, WTF. Product matches the sign exactly, not included in the BOGO deal.

May 6, 2024 · Many stores, especially supermarkets, offer BOGO sales. Some chains in one state actually only require you to buy one item and your get it at 1/2 price. The same chain in another state requires purchase of 2 items to get the deal. Which states by law require the BOGO items be sold at 1/2 off?
