Sep 13, 2023 · An important detail is that if your rear bumper gets impacted hard enough but shows no real signs of damage, it should still be replaced or at the very least inspected by a body shop. I had my 2012 accord hit in the rear and it looked okay but the rigid foam behind the bumper was heavily damaged and another impact would have been worse for me.
