While the 850 maintains its nimble, manoeuvrable nature, the revised weight distribution and suspension geometry make a huge difference when it comes to handling. The bike turns in easier and feels much more stable than the flighty original.

They are liquid-cooled DOHC vertical twins with 90-degree offset crank pins. They have six-speed gearboxes, chain drive, and anti-hop clutches. Like the 700/800, the new bikes have motors that are manufactured to BMW’s specification in mainland China. The 750 has a horsepower rating of 77, while the 850 is rated at 90 horsepower.

Aug 24, 2016 · Thinking in buying a F850Gs but I heard a lot of bad stories about that Chinese made engine. Oil consumption problem, camshaft problems, rattling and so on. I personally tested one of the first 2019 model and I remember the engine were very very loud. Did bmw fixed those problems? Is overall a good bike?
