Apr 8, 2008 · I thought that BBR had discontinued their 1" longer aluminum swingarm for the XR/CRF100 that raised the rear 1.5", but I just saw the piece in the newest Chaparral catalog ?. I contacted BBR today to ask about the item, and their response is that it is a custom made piece that they still offer but has a 4-6 week manufacturing time.

Jan 28, 2005 · To me that shows BBR has the ENTIRE rear suspension sorted out. Plus, they've gained lots of experience from working with the little XRs and CRFs. I was going to get the BigMinis swingarm (still on back order), but after checking out BBR, I plan on getting their KLX/DRZ110 Pro Swingarm - when they come off backorder in 1 week! Dan.

Jul 6, 2003 · Yup, that BBR part is the trick, but well beyond my budget. I am a DIYer, got a mig and a stick welder, though I would use the stick, call me old fashioned!! I welder well enough to rebuild trailer necks that haul a 1 ton tractor Iuse for trail work, I'm betting I can do this.

Mar 29, 2006 · BBR recently discontinued this model when the introduced the Superstock model. I bought this swingarm from cyclgear this summer and didnt get a chance to install it before I left for school. I am 100% positive that it is for the CRF50 and will bolt up and function with no problems.

Jul 14, 2011 · It has a YZ85 front end, 150cc kit, bbr pipe, BBR keihin PJ carb, BBR air filter, BBR swingarm & stiffer rr shock spring. I have a question regarding the BBR swingarm. It seems there was ALOT of sideways looseness in the rr swingarm when checked w/ bike on stand. So, I replaced linkage w/ a new linkage, and new swingarm bearings & sleeve too.

Mar 7, 2007 · So I finally found something the same exact diameter as the stock shaft that slides into the BBR swingarm. And it would n't fit in either. I could see that the bearing weren't stamped in as a true circle i could see spaceing on both side of the hole making it not true. So I called BBR and will be sending it in to them.

Mar 17, 2005 · Has anyone put a BBR swingarm on their TTR125LE? We tried puting one on tonight. It went on just fine, but the bolt that connects the linkage and the axel bolt are both too long now.

Mar 17, 2018 · I have 2 CRF100's which I'm going to sell.. Both have BBR swing arms, skid plates, triple clamps and chain guides. I'm considering to put OEM parts on and sell BBR parts separately.. Any interest and/or value of the parts?

Apr 13, 2007 · Saw a BBR swingarm on Ebay this week and bid on it. It sold for over $400 used! I thought - that's crazy a new ones only $439 on some sites. Went to BBR's site and learned they are only custom order now. $700 suggested retail! Tried a few places to see if anyone had stock at the old prices but no luck.
