As the late 1960s rolled around, BBC2 underwent a visual facelift that was anything but subtle. The channel’s signature symbol evolved into a sleek, mechanical marvel. While the original cube-based concept was preserved, the ‘2’ logo traded its multicolour wardrobe for a singular, eye-catching shade of blue.
