Generally, all of them in this verse: Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. Some saints had a conversation with Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) after his death. Can they reach the level of sahaba? How can it be proved whether Ahl as-Sunnah or Shia is right about Imamate?

These verses — among many others — are a testament to Allah’s Ta’ala eternal honour and respect for the noble Sahabah radiya Llahu ‘anhum. They showcase many of their merits including His eternal forgiveness and happiness for them, their truthfulness, selflessness, and unique praise as mentioned in both the Torah and the Injil.

It is narrated by Uthman (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said, “The best of you is the one who learns the Qur’an and teaches it.” The Sahabah (RA) followed this hadith and spent their whole lives learning, practicing, and preaching the Qur’an.

May 25, 2006 · Belief in the good character and virtue of the Sahabah is the belief of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama`ah. Allah gave the Companions special virtues and noble characteristics, by means of which they attained that great honour and high status with Him.

(Surah Al Fath: ayat 26) If the Lord Almighty Himself praises the belief, piety and good deeds of a people, how can we ever have even the slightest of doubt about their greatness? We say that our Sahaba (Radi Allah u Anhum) were the best people who ever walked upon the face of this Earth.
