Jun 10, 2021 · It has this red sensor light at the bottom of it - it usually shows up when you lift the mouse but when this connectivity loss happens - it doesn't glow light. I suspected may be battery has worn out but when I turn off & turn on the mouse, it works well for a certain while & again it loses power automatically.

Dec 13, 2023 · I've owned 7 laptop's in my lifetime (2 Toshiba Satellite's, 2 IBM Thinkpad's (pre- Lenovo) and 3 Dell's (1 Latitude, 2 Inspiron's) and I've never had to replace a hall sensor in any of them. I find it somewhat odd that you would be looking at your 2nd sensor on the same machine. I would be tempted to back up that unit and dump it.
