Apr 25, 2021 · Hi All, I have just purchased an Audi A2 1.4 TDI so don't know much about it yet. Needs engine oil change, 153,000 miles on the clock. The engine code is AMF. I think it meets VW 50501 standard. What engine oil should I use 0w30, or 5w-40. Thanks.

Jan 31, 2019 · Is the TDI 90 turbo with a detachable Manifold or does it have the integrated manifold as part of the turbo? The one below is listed for sale online and they confirmed it is an integrated manifold for the TDI 90 BPH and give the model numbers as '045253019A 54399880015 #202063537857'.

Jul 16, 2013 · A 1.4 tdi weighs 130kg, for comparison the 1.4 petrol is 90kg. 130/3x4=173.33 Roughly, the 1.9 will weigh as much more as the 1.4 tdi does the petrol.

Feb 5, 2013 · Which A2 is best with respect to reliability? 1.2TDI, 1.4TDI 75/90, 1.4i or 1.6FSI? Are there differences between model years? I own a 2002 1.4 petrol and my wife drives a 2003 1.4 petrol. I am tempted by an 1.6FSI but am unsure how reliable it is compared to the 1.4.

Jun 14, 2014 · The 1.4 Tdi is more or less 3/4 of a 1.9 TDi Golf engine so there should be plenty of tuning info around which you can utilise. I'm sure Darkside where you bought your goodies from would give you some guidance but a reliable 150 - 170 BHP should be possible.

Dec 11, 2017 · Anyway, I’m starting this thread because I’m looking to sell my bmw and get a 1.4 TDI 75. I have a car lined up ready to rock and roll. The owner (a car salesman) uses the A2 as a run about round his yard. He refers to it as his “go to” car. It has 155k on the clock and it needs a clutch replacement.

Mar 10, 2020 · Use Genuine Audi Oil, 2ltr is all you need Fill is front of gearbox - 17mm plug is required Drain is under dogbone mounting securing plate - 17mm plug is again required (loosen the 3 bolts and you should see it) Crack off both plugs to make sure you can full loosen before draining all the oil away. Length of hose and funnel also helps to refill.
