Hi all. Through researching this it looks like Endicia is a shipping company that works with e-commerce people. I think they are like a lot of drop-ship companies where people order stuff off the Internet and these companies then put it together to ship. Endicia is a product of Auctane. Lots of shipping companies use them including USPS.

I have USPS Informed Delivery and sometimes “AUCTANE ENDICIA” shows up as the sender for incoming packages since that’s the company that the person used to print the label. While USPS didn’t send this email, Endicia might have a way for someone who’s printing a label to send this kind of email to a customer with all the relevant info.

Mar 2, 2023 · Dumb/irrelevant post but I don't have anyone else to go to - Endicia doesn't want to know because they only know what USPS' system pushes out to them, and USPS say "sorry - we have no idea where your package is and our representatives won't either so don't bother holding for one". Mailed a prepaid envelope back to recipient on Monday 2/27.
