Apr 8, 2021 · I already swapped out all of my thermal pads on my father's Asus 3090 TUF. The only pad I couldn't swap out was the 3mm one. Due to the 3mm I had was way to hard and didn't compress well. So I had to reuse that pad. Otherwise every other thermal pad has been replaced by IceBerg thermal DriftIce. However I'm still getting 90C-92C.

Dec 1, 2020 · So I've recently had my Asus TUF 3090 OC delivered and after a couple of days my EK waterblock arrived and I installed everything. There was a pretty annoying noise which I chalked up to my DDC pump being loud and running at full tilt, however it turns out that it's the graphics card coil whining.

Apr 13, 2021 · Either that or the GPU is a bit sensitive at start-up. Whether or not Asus addresses the issue with a VBIOS update remains to be seen. An alternative is to put the PC to sleep instead of shutting it down to avoid cold boots going forward.

Asus 3090 strix oc - overclock values? Going to be installing this card next week , anyone have stable tested values that I can use as a variable and try for myself. Stock bios preferably (any reason to do a flash bios?)
