Funding for ARUA Centres of Excellence ARUA CoEs are expected to be funded from three sources for (1) Operations and Management and (2) Research and Training. For (1) Operations and Management, these are expected to be supported by (a) a grant mobilized by ARUA from various sources 7, and (b) a contribution from the host university.
