Jan 16, 2017 · Meh, indicators of rarity seem to blend together or sometimes be outright arbitrary because they change as you spend more time in your ARK. Giga spawns are listed as "Common" on Far's Peak and Frozen Tooth, but I've only ever found maybe a grand total of four Gigas there.

I've used a Trike in the past to get Narcoberries, but I'm always nervous something is going to come out of the woods and eat him! I can always have my Rex follow us but that gets annoying since he always races up and gets in the way...

Nov 30, 2023 · Taming traps are an important part of ARK. There are a bunch of videos on youtube showing a variety of designs, some of them are pretty cool and sophisticated. Having said that, for the majority of your taming you can't go wrong with a simple box with ramps leading up to it so things walk up the ramp and then fall inside.

May 22, 2018 · As my tests in single player using the Therizinosaurus to fight the dragon 15k health is the maximum due to damage taken from fire. My tests are without a Yuti however as I understand the mechanics the dragon attacks the Yuti when Yuti-roar. So that is good to use during the time dragon is on the ground so that the Therizinosaurus can heal.

Jan 18, 2017 · I've always imagined the real-world Therizinosaurus as kind of a gentle giant dinosaurian ground sloth, dragging its bristly, bushy tail across the ground and using its claws to pull trees down or rip bark apart. Its implementation as a seriously moody hellbeasts though does seem to have its fun parts.
