Oct 23, 2023 · As far as I know there is no fair use for anime content that is japanese. You will be on a mercy of the studio execs or whoever they sold the rights to. You probably would be safer with disney content than random japanese content. No way you will stay monetized for long.

It's not the best or most reliable option, but it's easiest, since you don't have to download anything. Google for how to encode videos with VLC.Also, again, I suggest checking AMV101.com - you can download AMVapp there, which is a tool to help you encode your clips and then your final render in the best way possible, created specifically for AMVs.
