I don’t have angel fangs, but I would recommend going with septum or eyebrow for your first facial piercing and working up to angel fangs. septum and eyebrow of those are lower pain levels for most people and one lip piercing can be very painful, much less 2.

From what i could gather a huge plus is that the fangs wont cause any tooth damage and/ ore gum erosion bc they are not on the inside of the mouth. A con could be that these are bassically surface piercings so they are more prone to migration.

Mar 5, 2023 · I have seen reverse angel fangs done but only one or two times. The top balls would be flat backs and be located inside your lip, with a curved post of course. It is a very non-traditional piercing and very new to the practice though.

What should I call these when going in for the consultation? Would "Upper Inverse Vermillions" be the most recognisable/require the least confusing explanation? I've been calling them "reverse angle fangs" (as I saw them referred to on tiktok). Which do you reckon would be better?
