Each tablet contains: 300 mg of Aspirin, 200 mg of Paracetamol and 45 mg of Caffeine. Aspirin and paracetamol work by relieving pain and reducing high temperature and fever. Aspirin belongs to a group of medicines called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) and has anti-inflammatory properties.

May 22, 2024 · Other NSAIDs: Concurrent use of other NSAIDs or corticosteroids may increase the likelihood of GI side effects risk of adverse effects. Diuretics and antihypertensive agents: Like other NSAIDs, concomitant use of acetylsalicylic acid with diuretics or antihypertensive agents (e.g. beta-blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors) may cause a decrease in their antihypertensive effect.

Adults, the elderly and young persons aged 16 and over: 2 tablets every 4 hours to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not give to children aged under 16 years, unless specifically indicated (e.g. for Kawasaki's disease).
