About the sleepy part; he is also using these terms based on his SPECT images, the ones that say absolutely nothing about ADHD. Dr Amen is not a credible "scientist".

Mar 24, 2024 · Amen wrote in the language of junk science. Sweeping claims, but he didn’t have the backing for it. There’s a reason for the standard procedure of publication, peer review, engagement by fellow scientists, pushback, replication. Amen has done none of that and permits none of that. That is the hallmark of a quack.

I have recently become aware of Dr. Amen's work, and I am very concerned that his work (very popular on PBS and TED talks) is literally a big scam, supported by these institutions (I am not sure if they are aware how much of scam it is).

This scam artist "Dr Amen". How is he this populair? He has MILLIONS of followers on instagram/tiktok. He goes on Dr Phil and he has a hugely viewed Tedtalk about "fixing ADD". He claims to see much better what your problem might be by using SPECT imaging.
