Nov 28, 2019 · For gunners iirc, there's no possible way to get Crit Eye 3, Repeat Offender, Pierce Up, Critical Boost, and Shot Booster without using the Neset set. The closest you will get even with the most powerful charm and a typical mixed set is Critical Eye 2 instead of 3.
