I use a beard trimmer to shave around my mouth because I have a beard and I get errant hairs growing around my mouth. It seems that whenever I shave/trim these small hairs around my mouth and lips that I get pimples soon after.

Jan 26, 2022 · I'd say don't waste your money on topicals. They don't do much at all. Omega-3s, like 5-6 fish oil pills per day, helps with healing, but you're already a month out, so I don't think much of anything is going to make a big difference at this point.
