The asset under construction is generated by assigning an investment profile to the project or work breakdown structure (WBS) element and upon releasing the project or WBS element. All, or part, of the costs must be settled to the asset under construction.

The way we did (settlement to Final Asset) was to create a final asset separately thru AA and maintain the settlement rule to final asset in the first distribution rule (before first month settlement to AUC).

Aug 11, 2008 · You can create AUC directly from the WBS element but the only thing is that you need to configure or used standard AUC (T- Code OITA) in your project profile (OPSA) and once you do this you go to the project builder and select the WBS element then follow the path as follows to create the AUC.
