That man is doing what is called "AFK farming." Which means he is using macros on his computer/mouse to get free xp but screw over his team. They go to bed, and the macro has them in games for the 8 or so hours they were asleep. That means if you queue into a game with these people it's an auto 4v5. So it's kinda a way of saying screw you.
