The Airbus A320neo family is an incremental development of the A320 family of narrow-body airliners produced by Airbus.

The A320neo flies up to 3,400 NM and delivers 20% less fuel burn and CO2 emission per seat* thanks to its fuel efficient engines. Equipped with the most versatile cabin, it can fit up to 194 seats at maximum capacity. The Airspace cabin offers a superior passenger experience with extra personal space, wider seats and XL bins.

The new-engine-option (neo) offers 15-20% better fuel efficiency. In service since January 2016. The new sharklets (2.4-metre-tall wingtip devices) result in up to 4% reduced fuel burn over longer sectors.

May 24, 2017 · I really enjoyed my flight with SAS on the A320neo. The mood lightning is so nice and the quiet engines makes the flight really comfortable. The USB charging is the thing! After my flights on the NEO i can't survive a flight without a charger! I mean, not many bad things with SAS.

Both the A320 and A320neo offer a comfortable cabin for passengers, with a standard seating capacity of 150-180 passengers in a single-class configuration. However, the A320neo features larger overhead bins and improved cabin lighting, creating a more spacious and pleasant environment for passengers.
