70013 Oliver Cromwell is a British Railways Standard Class 7 (also known as the Britannia class) preserved steam locomotive. The locomotive is notable as one of the four steam locomotives which worked the last steam railtour on British Railways (BR) in 1968.

Of the fifteen only two have been preserved – 70013 and Standard 2-10-0 92203. 70013 returned to the works in June 1968 for a paint touch up. The second time it returned was in July 1968 to have its front buffer beam straightened after a rough shunt.

Since then No. 70013 has been a popular locomotive on both the mainline and heritage railway circuit and is due to return again soon.
