The Mazda 20B race engine thrives at high rpm, but turbochargers power the 20B-REW. When it comes to increasing power on the 20B-REW, you’ll quickly meet the limits of the standard turbos at roughly 14 psi of boost at around 8,000 rpm and 300 horsepower with an aftermarket ECU.
