Tell them to reduce the metallic content by 30% and you should be nearly on the money. - this is where I normally begin prior to sending color spray out cards to the national paint judges.

P.S. I've seen a couple of '70/71 cars with '72 Targa Blue on them...but they claimed it was Bridgehampton Blue.
