Dec 8, 2014 · I just had this issue with my daughter's 2012 CHevy Cruze LT 1.4 Turbo. After completing an oil change and the boost pressure sensor coming completely off the intercoolant hose, we now had a check engine light on the car was blowing P0132, P0134, P0135, P0236, and P0237 codes and the fan was running on high speed as soon as we started the car.

My daughter's '12 Cruze 1.8L has developed a P0171 code over the last several months, and begun to use some oil. The odo just crossed 90k, and I do oil changes every 6 months with M1, and the oem GM filter. There are also signs of some oil seepage in/around the valve cover. Not enough to make a quart or more disappear though.

The car drove wonky down the driveway so I stopped, turned the car off and started again, all was good after that. Started the car fine to drive home after work. This morning, same thing - Service Stabilitrak appeared.

It leaks about a qt between oil changes, which I've gotten done at the dealer every 7-8K in the 2 years' Ive had the car. I thought I had solved the problem when I replaced the valve cover gasket about a month ago. But it seems I wasn't so lucky.

Nov 2, 2021 · I have a 2012 cruze rs that has a hard code p0449 that will not reset. I've replaced the vent valve and plug connector and I've traced 12vdc through the valve heading back to the ecm. It's possible the ecm is the issue but i'd like to check it before I get a new one. I'm looking for the valve ground pin on the ecm.

Jul 2, 2018 · So I have a question do this, I recently changed the head gasket on The 1.4 Cruze motor. Got everything back together and re timed everything everything all buttoned up. Started up ran for about ten minutes to just get everthing all seated and check fluids etc. all was good shut the car off and went to restart car and now won’t start.
