By definition Von is serial killer, but gang member who kill aren’t classified as one because they’re killing out of revenge and personal beefs. They aren’t stalking and murdering random ppl to feed their “need”.

I cannot comprehend how low "people"'s standards have to be that they made murals to a proud serial killer. We can ascertain from many of the names in the crypt that the kingdom had to be much larger than Barovia.
