MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE The minimum monthly charge under this schedule shall be the appropriate Monthly Facilities Charge.; SALES TAX Any applicable State and local sales taxes will be added to all services billed under this schedule.; TERMS OF PAYMENT All bills are due and payable on the date of the bill; and if not previously paid, shall be considered past due 25 days thereafter.

Solar energy systems work when sunlight hits a solar photovoltaic module (solar panel or PV panel) and causes electric current to flow. The current produced from the PV panels is controlled and regulated by an inverter, which converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC), needed for use by household appliances.
