The newest of the plumbers made back in 2000 for Mario Tennis on the Nintendo 64 by Camelot, Waluigi has been a very popular character used solely in spinoffs and spinoffs alone. Like how Wario is meant to be an evil Mario, Waluigi was designed the same for Luigi... and so Wario could have a teammate in tennis.
