I ordered a personalised stainless steel tumbler on 18th April, paid by Paypal and was advised that $31.98 (£24.29) had been taken from my account at that time. Had no acknowledgement or anything from WCKB until an email came from the courier …

May 11, 2021 · One to get it from WCKB in China to the importer in the States and another slapped on top of that one to get it to your local post office. So when you put that tracking number in that Chinese shipping company website it only tracks it to an import company in California.
