So from what I remember, Scp 7000 is just luck/probability being messed with. One example is a random number generator that instead of giving random numbers like 1, 71, 482, 54... gives 10, 20, 30, 40... or shiny pokemon becoming so common that they lose their worth. That's obviously really bad. But there's seems to be one exception: Dr. Wettle.
