My Mac is under Sequoia, however the Migration Assistant installation on the Apple site does not mention the latest version of Sequoia 15.2. The site only mentions the Sonoma 14.3.1 version and later versions. How to do it!!

Nov 11, 2024 · USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 runs up to 20 Gb/s (2500 MB/s), but as far as I know, no Macs support the latter. People who have plugged USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 drives into USB4 / Thunderbolt ports on other Apple Silicon Macs have reported that the connection falls back to USB 3.1 Gen 2 speed. I would expect the same to happen on your M4 Mac mini.

The problem has gone they found each other at last . one thing I hate about this app, you can only transfer files / folders to the actual Mac internal storage and not even fast thunderbolt storage….

Dec 27, 2020 · Docks that properly support dual displays on a Mac are those from OWC, Brydge (Stone Pro), Elgato, Belkin and Kensington. The least expensive one I’m aware of is the OWC thunderbolt 3 mini dock, was $120 last time I checked.

Drives using it will fall back to (at most) USB 3.1 Gen 2 speed on a Mac. Even a USB-C (USB 3.1 Gen 2) / NVMe SSD might be about. Twice as fast as a USB / SATA SSD
