Hiroo (広尾) is a district of Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. Abutting Ebisu, Minami-Azabu, Nishi-Azabu and Minami-Aoyama, Hiroo is an upmarket residential and shopping neighborhood in central Tokyo.

Hiroo is not just another Tokyo neighborhood. It’s a vibrant global community tucked away within one of the world’s most bustling cities. With a considerable expatriate community calling it home, Hiroo is as much a slice of Tokyo as it is an international hub.

Hiroo is ground zero for Tokyo’s expat community. Consequently there are all the places you would expect to make a (western) expat feel at home – shops, cafes, supermarkets and schools. While a cheapo may baulk at the prices in the shops and supermarkets, there are still some bargains to be had.
