Oct 28, 2022 · As someone whose amp does not have balanced XLR inputs, I'd have a hard time buying Gungnir or Yggdrasil OG DACs because they have gimped SE outputs versus XLR. This is not the case for MIL/LIM/Bifrost. What I suspect might happen is a Gungnir 2 with TI chips, Autonomy, Unison, remote, etc. Otherwise Bifrost 2/64 seems to offer the best best/buck.
