Feb 17, 2020 · Common sense says buy a 21 since I am setup to reload 45 acp now. The 21 recoil is not much more than my 17. But, the little voice in my head says go for the 20 and start reloading 10mm. Not likely I will ever hunt with either pistol. Another option is buy either 20 or 21 and then the other caliber barrel, magazine and recoil spring assembly.

I carry a glock 21 24/7 365 days a year. Covers up in the summer with just T's and jeans. I carry a 1911 for a month or so and go back to the g21 and it's like feather compared to the 1911. But I love 1911's and need to carry one every now and then.:rofl: I now have started to carry a 1911 even more than the glock21.

Feb 5, 2022 · The specifications on the Glock website show all of the dimensions between the two models I believe to be exactly the same but the description says the SF has a smaller receiver for smaller hands. Is the receiver the same as the grip and is the SF grip smaller than the 21? I have rented the 21 a couple of times but I have never shot the SF.

It was my duty pistol the last 20 years or so of my career and we had pistols in training with over 300k+ rounds on them. Nothing at all against the 1911, but in a true 'situation' I'll take the Glock every time.
