Apr 11, 2024 · I have 1,443 hours on DayZ, all from Aftermath/Basically Vanilla and a few PVE Servers. Tired of “the grind” and looting just to be raided a week or so later on PVP servers. Me and my buddies work and don’t have the time to grind for stuff just to be raided away.

Mar 31, 2022 · DayZ is a great game to play just for the pve. Even solo. As plenty have already mentioned, there's loads of pve servers available on console. So I'm sure you'll find one you like. But there's are also plenty of empty servers on console too. That's what I did when I first started. You can look up who is in your server in game at any time.

I play PVE usually in Dayz anyway….which gets me killed a lot :D Usually I’m like the UN Peacekeeper of Dayz - I don’t shoot unless shot at first. I’ve met some amazing people that way, and had some wonderful PVP experiences as well. Shooting on site I find to be really boring!
