Feb 16, 2021 · While I agree the atgeir IS the most efficient in this scenario, I would say use what you want/ what you enjoy. Experiment at the bronze stage, when the resources are local and cheap and find what you enjoy using. You might even find that it changes through biomes. Personally I find the mace and round shield to be most convenient.

Very different weapons. The demolisher will hurt things through doors, which makes it great in the mines, but it comes with a -20% move speed compared to the atgeir's -5%. Out in the open, I'd take the atgeir. In a tight space where the enemy is only coming from one direction and I can keep knocking them back, demolisher might work better.

Dec 19, 2022 · Lmao I love it. The atgeir is the best weapon for almost any scenario, I absolutely agree. I just got the Mistlands atgeir and was a bit concerned with the reduced pierce damage compared to a level 4 blackmetal atgeir. However, the lightning damage is unparalleled. It stuns and appears to bypass the Seekers' thick armor.

Mar 28, 2022 · The sickle is light only weighing 5 so it doesn't slow down the Atgeir and the Atgeir is quite deadly having the best stats of the one-handed weapons and its special attack is simply amazing. Perfect combination IMO.

Apr 19, 2022 · The atgeir has a wider attack radius so will stagger more enemies at once. And it'll take 4 attacks with the battleaxe to match the stagger amount of the atgeir. 4 times the 9 stamina drain of the battleaxe, and you have the same 36 stamina drain of the atgeir. Depending on what enemies you're facing, the atgeir is far more stamina efficient.

Jan 23, 2023 · I'd say the atgeir is the best 2 handed weapon in the game. I like the other 2 handed weapons but they are slow and that atgeir spin move is so OP. Plus, the atgeir can out range most melee mobs with ease. The only disadvantage of the atgeir is it's piercing damage and a lot of mobs are resistant to piercing.

Dec 23, 2021 · Compared to the other options available, which is the battleaxe, mace and iron sword, I'd definitely say the atgeir is my favorite. The sword and mace are good and all, but the atgeir's speed and overall attack range is superior. But is it truly worth to spend more iron on it, just for those advantages? HELL YEAH

Oct 6, 2022 · Atgeir is the best gear. Middle click to engage, poke, poke, repeat until dead. My atgeir skills are at about 50 now, and I am out in the plains with an Iron Atgeir level 2 clearing Fuling villages and murdering Lox like it ain't no thing. Just remember the rhythm of middle click, left click, left click, repeat and to watch your stamina.

Apr 7, 2021 · With Atgeir the Drake will die in 2 hits so i do this twice with each drake, sometimes they even linger for a second allowing me to get 2 hits in 1 try. Pro tips: Leveling Jump to 100 allows you to jump 3x higher making it super easy to reach drakes.
