Mount Washington offers something for everyone, featuring an average snowfall of 10.5 metres (35 feet), 60 marked runs, cross-country skiing, snow camping, snowshoeing trails, and two terrain parks. Mt Washington also offers lift-accessed and night-lit snow tubing.

Mount Washington Alpine Resort is located 100 km north of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The panoramic view from the top includes the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop on one side and scenic Strathcona Park bordering the other.
