Request an Official Transcript. Current and former UTRGV students and former UTPA or UTB/TSC students requiring their official academic record may request a transcript using our online ordering service. Requests are only accepted using our online ordering option.

We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.

Legacy UTPA and UTB students will need to use these instructions to request an official transcript. Open ASSIST from the Applications section. Select Academic Record. Select the transcript level, and transcript type. Download/Print. Select Print from your browser menu. (Or, right-click on the transcript and select Print, or type Ctrl + p.)

ASSIST provides a variety of online services to UTRGV students regarding registration, financial aid, payment, and grades. For your security, ASSIST requires that you enter your username and password to access your financial aid, payment and transcript records.
