Visit the Paragon Carousel. The Paragon Carousel is closed for the season! We’re located on the South Shore of Massachusetts, at 205 Nantasket Avenue in the beautiful seaside town of Hull. All attractions, including the Carousel, Restoration Studio, Paragon Park Museum, and Carousel Creamery, are within walking distance of each other.

Both Paragon Park and Nantasket Beach have a storied history. We’ve assembled a growing exhibit of artifacts, memorabilia, videos, and storyboards which tell the magical story of visionary George A. Dodge’s construction of Paragon Park in 1905.

Located on Nantasket Beach in the beautiful seaside town of Hull, Massachusetts, the Paragon Carousel is the last remaining attraction from the beloved Paragon Park amusement park, built in 1905. The Carousel has been operating for more than 90 years and boasts the original sixty-six carved wooden horses and two rare Roman chariots.

Located beside the Paragon Park Museum, James Hardison’s Restoration Studio at the Paragon Carousel brings the horses of PTC #85 back to their original splendor, ensuring they’ll be enjoyed by many generations to come.

After a day at the beach and a spin on the Carousel, stop by the Paragon Creamery for some refreshment! The Creamery serves ice cream from the famous Gifford’s of Maine, as well as Hood’s soft serve. Grab a hot dog, grilled cheese, or cold drink, too!
