The lovable and much ballyhooed Punxsutawney Phil will again trek out of its burrow in Young Township near Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, to see or ignore its shadow. If it does and returns to its hole, it has predicted six more weeks of winter-like weather. If it does not see its shadow, an early spring is predicted.
