The Detroit Lions are among the early betting favorites to win Super Bowl LX next season. After the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs, 40-22, in Super Bowl LIX, the opening odds were released for next season. Understandably, Dan Campbell's squad is still considered among the favorite's to win the Lombardi Trophy next season.

The Super Bowl is over and the NFL season is officially over as well. We're in full offseason mode all around and the next step is free agency and the 2025 NFL Draft.  The Super Bowl is going to inspire this week's mock draft a lot because we learned that having a strong defense is crucial.

Currently, the Lions have an elite edge rusher in Aidan Hutchinson but struggled to get to the quarterback and compile sacks when he was lost for the season with a leg injury. Heading into 2025, the Lions will need to fine-tune their pass rush to put themselves in the best possible position to make a deep playoff run.

"The Lions are not there. The teams who are there, I couldn't care less if they win or lose. ... I'll be doing laundry," one fan said.
