The British Open returns to St. Andrews in 2027 for the 31st time. And that begs the question of whether Tiger Woods will have one last chance to compete at the Old Course.

The R&A announced on Thursday that the 155th British Open will be played at the Old Course at St. Andrews from July 11-18, 2027.

Eighteen-time major winner Jack Nicklaus played his final major ... waved goodbye from the bridge in 1995. St. Andrews last hosted the season’s final major in 2022, won by Cameron Smith.
