Isaiah Mustafa hints that Welcome to Derry will "fill in some gaps" and that It: Chapter Three might be on the way.

There are two movie references here. The first is that they're shooting on Warner Bros. Stage 14, a legendary stage responsible for "A Streetcar Named Desire" (1951) and "A Star Is Born" (1954).

This entity returns to haunt the children every 27 years. The second installment, It Chapter Two, follows the group 27 years after the events of the first film.

Isaiah Mustafa hinted at the possibility of It: Chapter Three happening in the near future. Mustafa commented on the potential return of his character Mike Hanlon in a future installment.
