Legend of the Seas' is set to become the first Icon Class to sail the Mediterranean. Legend of the Seas, the third ship in Royal Caribbean’s Icon Class, will launch in July 2026 and spend its first summer cruising the Mediterranean.

The next Icon Class ship will carry the name Legend of the Seas, Royal Caribbean International said in a press release. Currently under construction at the Meyer Turku shipyard, the 250,800-ton vessel will debut in the Western Mediterranean in July 2026.

The ship will debut in the Mediterranean in July 2026 and begin sailing from Fort Lauderdale the following November. Bookings open Feb. 20 to the general public.
