York County District Attorney Tim Barker said officers were justified in shooting a Wrightsville man who aimed a loaded weapon at them.

District Attorney Tim Barker said the alleged actions of 36-year-old Lance Livengood placed the Hellam Township Police officers at the scene in imminent danger.

"The Hellam Township Police Department officers involved in this incident were justified in their actions and any criminal inquiry into the conduct of law enforcement is officially closed," it states.
