Chihuahua terrier mix Tilly, who has been named as finalist in the Rescue Dog Hero category of The Kennel Club Hero Dog Award, was rescued by Emily Washington after she was abandoned in a plastic washing basket in the middle of a roundabout with three of her siblings.
