Mark's Innie crawls through shit to find Ms. Casey, while his Outie risks it all to see Gemma again in 'Severance' Episode 3, 'Who Is Alive?' [REVIEW]

In Episode 2, we pick up moments after the events of the Season 1 finale. The “Outies” of Mark S. (Adam Scott), Helly R. (Britt Lower), Dylan G. (Zach Cherry) and Irving B. (John Turturro) have all come back to their senses. Lumon, meanwhile, is scrambling to figure out how best to control the damage.

The second episode of Severance season 2 gave us an even deeper look into the lives of the main severed employees.

Severance' Season 2 Episode 2 reveals the MDR team's reason for returning to work, why Lumon needs Mark, and what happened to Ms. Cobel (kind of).

Mark shows Lorne the image of Ms. Casey. The woman tells Mark and Helly that their department does not have time for “wellness,” but Mark pushes her further. Lorne stands up and rings a cowbell, summoning other team members to surround our protagonists. She tells them they should have left.

Mark and Helly meet the team of severed employees who care for Lumon's four-legged friends, Dylan meets his outie's wife, and Milchick meets his own unsettling image

Who doesn’t love getting a gift or reward for doing their job? Okay, Don Draper would tell you, “That’s what the money is for,” but this is Severance, not Mad Men, and Lumon Industries dishes out additional prizes as an incentive to work harder and faster.
