Lemonada Media, a podcast network that produces and distributes shows from partners including Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, inked a deal to sell a majority stake to European podcast company PodX Group.

Now, the company is set to be acquired by an overseas podcast investment group. On Tuesday, Stockholm-based PodX Group announced that it has reached a deal to acquire a majority stake in Lemonada.
