UPDATE (11:30 a.m.) — Owasso Police said all lanes and exit ramps are back open after a dump truck rolled over on 86th Street North between US 169 and Garnett on Wednesday. The roadway is clear.
The busy intersection has since reopened, and traffic is now moving through. Owasso Police say it took two and a half hours to get the dump truck back up and clean up all the debris in the road.
